AMERICAN SINGLE MALT WHISKEY
Batch No. 1 is our 3-year old American single malt whiskey and winner of Double Gold from the American Distilling Institute.
Journey Made from Wanderback’s bespoke PNW specialty mash bill and distilled in collaboration with Westland, Seattle. Aged 3 years in Hood River, Oregon in new American oak casks and bottled at 90 proof.
Nose smooth caramel, dark chocolate, sandalwood, and vanilla
Palate rich malt layers of chocolate, caramel, and toffee with a lingering finish of baking spices and campfire smoke
