Batch No. 5 is the first limited-edition whiskey from our Lone Star Collection. Made in partnership with our friends at Balcones Distilling, aged for 3 years, and bottled at 104 proof, Batch No.5 is spicy, smooth, and sweet, with notes of caramel, walnut, oak, and baking spices. We couldn’t be more pleased with this release.

Nose Cinnamon and nutmeg are first on the nose, balanced by caramel and toasted oak. Graham cracker and cooked apple are in the background

Palate The palate starts with baking spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Notes of walnut and oak are next, with a caramel sweetness throughout. There’s a long and lingering finish of cinnamon and caramel
