We take the long-standing tradition of independent bottling and give it a new twist. Our Founder creates a unique mash bill and then works with partner craft distilleries across the U.S. to distill small batch American single malt whiskey. The whiskey is aged, finished, and bottled on our Farm in Hood River, Oregon. Try Batch No. 1, Batch No. 2 , and our latest release Batch No. 3 — all memorable and distinct.

Made in collaboration with our good friends at Westland Distillery up I-5 in Seattle, our first ever release is an exceptional single malt made from a mix of four flavorful PNW barley malts and aged in new American oak barrels. Winner of the 2018 double gold medal from The American Distilling Institute. Limited release of 2,200 bottles.

Made from the same grain bill as our first release but this time around we’ve explored unique finishes by transferring the whiskey into Nicaraguan ex-rum and Heaven Hill ex-bourbon barrels. The additional six months in these barrels lends the whiskey a sweeter, savory and less smoky flavor profile. Limited Release of 2,500 Bottles
