Distilled using our bespoke Pacific Northwest grain bill in partnership with Westland Whiskey of Seattle, Batch No. 3 is an exceptionally smooth single malt, aged a minimum of 5 years in new oak and finished in port casks. It has notes of pecan, dried dark fruit, and cocoa nibs. Delicious!

The tasting and tour will be an intimate experience. Tours will begin on the hour, with a maximum of 12 people per group. During the tour, you’ll see where our whiskeys are aged, learn about our unique process and of course, taste!

Before, after, or both, we invite you to hang out and experience the Farm. It’s a lovely setting to relax. We’ll be pouring wine from our neighbors at Wy’East Vineyards and will have a keg a of pFriem beer to accompany farm fresh small bites to set the tone.

Private Tours

Creativity and collaboration. Inspiration and expertise. And malted barley. Lots of malted barley. That’s part of the secret to making the best American malt whiskey.
