THE EVERGREEN COLLECTION

Our first distillery collaboration began in 2014 with Westland in Seattle, Washington. Known for their strong leadership in the burgeoning American single malt whiskey category, we were thrilled to co-create this bold and flavorful distillate featuring Pacific Northwest specialty barley malts: Munich, Crystal, and Chocolate.

From here, each Batch (No.s 1-4) carves its own path. Increased aging time and varied finishing barrels results in unique limited edition malt whiskeys with distinct flavor profiles that exemplify the best of this exceptional grain bill.

FOUNDER’S RESERVE

Nose Salted caramel, followed by cocoa powder, whole grain bread, maple syrup, hints of oak and orange pith. 

Palate Rich and oily mouthfeel with a cinnamon and clove spiciness that lingers in a long finish. A few drops of water bring forth a dark, molasses sweetness.

Cask High toast, low char new American oak.

Age 6 years Proof 116

BATCH NO.4

Nose Notes of honeyed hazelnuts, salted caramel, and vanilla.

Palate Smooth and focused. Well integrated flavors consistent with the nose extend into a soft drawn out finish of fine toasted oak, salinity, and soft peppery spice. 

Cask Double Oaked in new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels

Age 6 years Proof 97

BATCH NO.3

Nose Warm caramel with sea salt, cocoa, components of dried dark fruits, vanilla bean, honeyed graham cracker.

Palate Pecan, vanilla and sandalwood blending with the same dried dark fruit notes found on the nose and cocoa. The finish is long and balanced, baking spice and savory caramel.

Cask High toast, low char new American oak. Finished in French oak port casks

Age 5 years Proof 90

BATCH NO.2

Nose Fruitcake, gingerbread, Mexican chocolate, sugar cone and orange marmalade.

Palate Rich and decadent. Vanilla, banana, tropical fruit to the whiskey’s spice and malt flavors

Casks High toast, low char new American oak. Finished in ex-rum and ex-bourbon barrels

Age 4 years Proof 100
